I do like Buck,.... Tehan I'm not so sure yet about...he may become the new Sweeny but so far he has stayed on the field this year. They can both field and hit, Now if they can resign them , that alone would go along way...But thay still need to add more.... not just sit on what they have.

You like your neighbors because they are nice. You should like pro athletes for being good. Sure, they should handle themselves with class in certain situations, as anyone should, but we hold athletes to a different standard than ourselves.

Personally, I don't care if Sweeney is a nice guy, because he's blown on the diamond for a while now. I'd like it better if he was a jerk -- that way I could bash him more for being a POS baseball-wise.

I hate Sweeney and hate the fact that some people in KC still like the guy. I dont care if he is a nice guy, I want someone that does a ton for 11 mil a year. Has he ever played a full season? lol

Sweeny has been a joke to most people in KC.I only hate that they never try... to keep all these players...and I will believe it when I see it.....And I have seen them with new players before, but they wont keep them unless nobody else wants them.two of the guys that you mentioned above...we got when they would not resign a great outfielder.when T and Buck come up for contracts they will probably leave here as well. And thats a big part of mine and others problem.....

Every day on my 15 minute drive home I turn on ESPN radio and this Kenny and Ozone radio show is on.I have honestly never heard a worse baseball radio show in my life. There was a word in every single sentence they saidthat was very exaggerated or pronounce oddly. Seriously we have a bright future with Teahan, Buck, AG, Dejesus and others.... Lets just hope these guys keep getting better and they actually get RESIGNED!!!! The Royals should have at least 16 million coming off the payroll with Sweeney and Sanders contracts ending. That should help solidify some positions.

let me know when they make the playoffs again and then keep the players that got them there...and then add to them with even better players. Does Glass read this????
