Brian Fantana loves the Chiefs

Paul Rudd is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. Zach discovered this gem of a quote from a recent issue of Entertainment Weekly:

“The NFL Sunday Ticket moved (to Direct TV). So, I have to go to a bar to watch the Chiefs. I actually do that.”

Rudd — who’s been on fire recently appearing in films like Anchorman, Knocked Up and The 40-Year-Old Virgin — grew up in Overland Park and attended Shawnee Mission West high school. He was even a Beaker for one year. I already liked Rudd, but now that I know he’s a Chiefs fan he’s shot up my favorite actors list. I’m damn proud that the man responsible for Sex Panther is a Chief! Even if it does smell like pure gasoline.
