Johnnie Morton gets "Trent Greened"

Former Kansas City Chiefs WR Johnnie Morton — the guy responsible for “the worm,” a retarded feud with Jay Leno and lots of mediocre play — got knocked out in his mixed martial arts debut last night. Bernard Ackah made quick work of Morton during a 38-second fight that was featured on the K-1/Elite XC Dynamite!! USA card. Afterwards, Morton’s neck was put in a splint and he was taken to the local hospital, although he did acknowledge the crowd on the way out, so hopefully he’s OK.

The funniest thing about all this is that Morton refused to take a piss test, leaving the California Athletic Commission no chance but to suspend him. Well, besides the fact that he got his ass kicked by a stand-up comedian. I haven’t seen that happen since the first Nutty Professor. Looks like that juice he was probably taking didn’t do the trick. I guess kudos to him for having the balls to get in the ring, though. Most people would never, ever fight MMA.
