Kelly Herndon anybody?

The Seattle Seahawks just cut CB Kelly Herndon. We need a nickleback. We have cap space. You do the math.

Seriously, I think the Kansas City Chiefs should take a long look at Herndon. His play was a bit disappointing last season, but he’s been solid in the past, especially as a NB, and as John from Field Gulls points out he’s “a force against the running game.”

How does everybody else feel about Kelly Herndon? Is it a possibility? Could he make a difference? Is he a good fit for the Cover 2 scheme? Let us know.

I'd feel more comfortable with a proven commodity, given how old Pat and Ty are. One of them could easily get hurt.

we have a kid we brought in(udfa)that the star has said may work out the best in the nickle, cant think of his name, need help there...lol, but the guys at the Star said , Herman loved him so far.

Well I guess it will be Sapp or Maxey. Anyone hearing anyone else could start at the nickle? I think that Herndon would be a decent pickup, especially if it didn't cost that much to bring him in. Why not, its not like our other starting corners are young, lol/
