Arrowhead Pride looks at the rumor that the Miami Dolphins’ plane is at the Kansas City Airport. Maybe Trent Green will indeed be in Miami tomorrow and won’t have to report when the Kansas City Chiefs kick off OTAs. It could be just a rumor, however, kinda like the Trent-to-the-Bears and Ramonce Taylor rumors. Talks have been minimal between the two teams since the draft.
“There is no progress,” said Green’s agent, Jim Steiner. “Trent is going to report to the OTA [offseason team activities]. He’s not going to forego some of the terms of his contract. He’s extremely frustrated and the frustration is turning to anger.”
So which one will it be when OTAs begin? Is Trent actually on his way to the MIA, or will he show up at our OTAs pissed tomorrow?
