they come up with all sorts of weird different ways to pay for a number…
people don’t realize some of the outrageous things players will do to get a number….
And when A TEAM gives a player a number it is his number…
it only changes with that players consent.

The Giants kicker, and I forget his name, got a deal two years in a row for his number — Eli one year, and then Plaxico the next. Eli payed for a badass outdoor kitchen/grill area, and Plaxico paid for a Florida family vacation. I’m sure Jeff will be smart and take the money/gift. He needs it more than D-Bo will.
